Banana Moringa Oat Pancakes
Ingredients
- 1 Cup Quick Oats
- 2 Bananas
- 1 Tbsp Moringa Powder
- 1 Egg
- 2 Tbsp Milk
- 1/2 Tsp baking Soda
- 1/2 Tsp Ceylon Cinnamon Powder
- 1/8th Tsp Nutmeg Powder
Instructions
- Blend all the ingredients until well combined
- Heat a non stick pan on low flame
- Sprinkle some oil and pour a little batter on it
- Cook until heated
- Flip and cook again
- Continue with the rest of the batter
- Serve with honey, treacle or jam.
