Cinnamon Crepes

Ingredients

  • 75 g All purpose flour
  • 1 Tsp Ceylon Cinnamon Powder
  • 1 Cup Semi-Skimmed Milk
  • 1 Tsp Oil For Frying
  • 1 Egg
  • 2 Tbsp Almond Nut Butter
  • 200 g Berries / Fruits Optional

Instructions

  • Whisk the flour, cinnamon powder, egg and milk in a large bowl, until you get a smooth pouring consistency
  • Heat a non-stick pan and pour some oil
  • Once the pan is heated pour little of the batter and swirl it to the sides of the pan
  • Flip and cook the other side too
  • Remove from pan once cooked
  • Do the same with the remaining batter
  • Leave it to cool
  • Apply some butter and serve with fruits ( raspberries and bananas) of your choice.
