Instructions
Whisk the flour, cinnamon powder, egg and milk in a large bowl, until you get a smooth pouring consistency
Heat a non-stick pan and pour some oil
Once the pan is heated pour little of the batter and swirl it to the sides of the pan
Flip and cook the other side too
Remove from pan once cooked
Do the same with the remaining batter
Leave it to cool
Apply some butter and serve with fruits ( raspberries and bananas) of your choice.
