For The Caramelized Apples

Instructions
To Make The Crepes
Whisk all the ingredients mentioned above to make the crepe mixture
Whisk until smooth pouring consistency.
To Make The Caramelized Apples
Heat the oil in a frying pan
Add apple slices and caramelize naturally
Flip the apples when it turns brown
Cook until both sides turn brown
Add the Maple syrup, Ceylon Cinnamon Powder and the salt
Remove from fire and transfer to a plate.
Plating
Fill each crepe with the caramelized apples and roll
Continue the same with the remaining crepes and the caramelized apples
Sprinkle some shredded coconuts on top.
