Moringa Crepes with Caramelized Apples

Ingredients

For The Crepe

  • 1 Cup Gluten-Free Flour
  • 2 Cups Almond Milk
  • 2 Eggs
  • 2 Tbsp Oil
  • 1 Tbsp Moringa Powder
  • Tsp Nutmeg Powder
  • ½ Tsp Vanilla Essence
  • ½ Tsp Ceylon Cinnamon Powder
  • ¼ Tsp Salt

For The Caramelized Apples

  • 1 Tbsp Oil
  • 3 Gala Apples Cored and Sliced
  • ½ Cup Pure Maple Syrup
  • ½ Tsp Ceylon Cinnamon Powder
  • ¼ Tsp Salt
  • ½ Cup Shredded Coconut

Instructions

To Make The Crepes

  • Whisk all the ingredients mentioned above to make the crepe mixture
  • Whisk until smooth pouring consistency.

To Make The Caramelized Apples

  • Heat the oil in a frying pan
  • Add apple slices and caramelize naturally
  • Flip the apples when it turns brown
  • Cook until both sides turn brown
  • Add the Maple syrup, Ceylon Cinnamon Powder and the salt
  • Remove from fire and transfer to a plate.

Plating

  • Fill each crepe with the caramelized apples and roll
  • Continue the same with the remaining crepes and the caramelized apples
  • Sprinkle some shredded coconuts on top.
