Warm Cream of Tomato Soup
Servings: 8 People
Ingredients
- 5 1/2 tbsp Coconut Flour
- 1.2 Kg Chopped tomatoes
- 3 Cloves Garlic (chopped)
- 1/4 tsp Black Pepper Powder
- Salt to to taste
- 1 3/4 cups Lukewarm water
Instructions
- Dissolve the coconut flour in lukewarm water
- Add all the ingredients to a pot and bring to boil
- Simmer for around 1 or 2 minutes
- Blend until smooth
- Transfer it to a bowl.
