- 1 Cup Non-Dairy Nut Milk
- 1 Banana Peeled and chopped
- 2 Dates Deseeded
- ⅙-¼ Tsp Amla Powder
- 1 Tsp Almond/ Cashew/ Peanut Butter
- ½ Tsp Vanilla Extract
- ⅙ Tsp Nutmeg Powder
Instructions
- Blend all the ingredients mentioned above
- Transfer it to a glass.
