Ingredients

  • 500 g Chicken Tenderloins
  • Oil For frying

For the marinade

  • ½ Cup Buttermilk
  • ½ Tsp Salt
  • ¼ Tsp Black Pepper Powder

For Breading

  • ½ Cup All-Purpose Flour Sifted
  • ½ Cup Bread Crumbs
  • ¾ Tsp Salt
  • ¼ Tsp Black Pepper Powder
  • ¾ Tsp Garlic Powder
  • ½ Tsp Paprika Powder
  • ½ Tsp Cornstarch
  • ¼ Tsp Baking Powder

Instructions

  • Mix the buttermilk, black pepper powder and pepper in a bowl
  • Add the chicken and mix
  • Marinate for an hour or two
  • Now mix all the ingredients for breading, in a separate bowl
  • Remove the chicken tenders from the marinade
  • Drip the excess marinade
  • Dredge the chicken tenders into the breading
  • Deep fry the chicken tenders
  • Enjoy with sauce.
