Buttermilk Chicken Tenders

Ingredients
- 500 g Chicken Tenderloins
- Oil For frying
For the marinade
- ½ Cup Buttermilk
- ½ Tsp Salt
- ¼ Tsp Black Pepper Powder
For Breading
- ½ Cup All-Purpose Flour Sifted
- ½ Cup Bread Crumbs
- ¾ Tsp Salt
- ¼ Tsp Black Pepper Powder
- ¾ Tsp Garlic Powder
- ½ Tsp Paprika Powder
- ½ Tsp Cornstarch
- ¼ Tsp Baking Powder
Instructions
- Mix the buttermilk, black pepper powder and pepper in a bowl
- Add the chicken and mix
- Marinate for an hour or two
- Now mix all the ingredients for breading, in a separate bowl
- Remove the chicken tenders from the marinade
- Drip the excess marinade
- Dredge the chicken tenders into the breading
- Deep fry the chicken tenders
- Enjoy with sauce.
