Ingredients

  • 500 g Chicken Meat and Bones
  • 1 Onion Chopped
  • 200 g Carrots Cleaned and chopped
  • 50 g Celery Washed
  • 2 Bay Leaves
  • 4 Cloves
  • 10 - 15 Black Peppercorns
  • 1 Tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 2 1/2 - 3 L Water

Instructions

  • Boil all the ingredients in a large pot on high flame
  • Once the vegetables and the chicken are well cooked reduce the flame and simmer for another 20 minutes
  • Remove from flame
  • Pour the broth to bowls.
