Chicken Broth
Ingredients
- 500 g Chicken Meat and Bones
- 1 Onion Chopped
- 200 g Carrots Cleaned and chopped
- 50 g Celery Washed
- 2 Bay Leaves
- 4 Cloves
- 10 – 15 Black Peppercorns
- 1 Tbsp Soy Sauce
- 2 1/2 – 3 L Water
Instructions
- Boil all the ingredients in a large pot on high flame
- Once the vegetables and the chicken are well cooked reduce the flame and simmer for another 20 minutes
- Remove from flame
- Pour the broth to bowls.
