Dissolve the coconut flour in lukewarm water
Whisk the eggs, coconut milk and the nutmeg powder together
Dip the brioche slices into the mixture
Let each side to soak for about 1 to 2 minutes
The mixture should be completely absorbed by the brioche before toasting
Now melt the butter in a frying pan on low flame
Sprinkle the desiccated coconut on both sides of the soaked brioche slices
Toast them for about 2 - 3 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked well
Garnish with berries of your choice.
