Instructions
Crush the cardamom, cinnamon, clove and nutmeg
Boil water in a saucepan and add these crushed ingredients
When it starts to boil add the tea leaves, ginger and the peppercorns
Boil until the spices release their flavour and the colour changes
Add milk and simmer for around 2 to 3 minutes
Now add sugar and stir well
Finally strain the tea to a tea cup.
