Ingredients

  • ¼ Cup Rolled Oats Soak for around 20 minutes
  • 2 Tsp Pumpkin Seeds or Flax Seeds Soaked Overnight
  • 1 - 1½ Cup Water
  • ¾ Tsp Moringa Powder
  • 10 Cashew Nuts / Peanuts / Almonds Soak the almonds overnight
  • 1 or 2 Medjool Dates
  • 1 Tsp Chopped Cashew nuts

Instructions

  • Add all the ingredient into a blender except the chopped cashew nuts
  • Blend well
  • Transfer it to a glass or bowl
  • Sprinkle the chopped cashew nuts and enjoy.
