Moringa And Oats Smoothie
Servings: 1 Person
Ingredients
- ¼ Cup Rolled Oats Soak for around 20 minutes
- 2 Tsp Pumpkin Seeds or Flax Seeds Soaked Overnight
- 1 – 1½ Cup Water
- ¾ Tsp Moringa Powder
- 10 Cashew Nuts / Peanuts / Almonds Soak the almonds overnight
- 1 or 2 Medjool Dates
- 1 Tsp Chopped Cashew nuts
Instructions
- Add all the ingredient into a blender except the chopped cashew nuts
- Blend well
- Transfer it to a glass or bowl
- Sprinkle the chopped cashew nuts and enjoy.
