Cinnamon Crepes

Ingredients
- 75 g All purpose flour
- 1 Tsp Ceylon Cinnamon Powder
- 1 Cup Semi-Skimmed Milk
- 1 Tsp Oil For Frying
- 1 Egg
- 2 Tbsp Almond Nut Butter
- 200 g Berries / Fruits Optional
Instructions
- Whisk the flour, cinnamon powder, egg and milk in a large bowl, until you get a smooth pouring consistency
- Heat a non-stick pan and pour some oil
- Once the pan is heated pour little of the batter and swirl it to the sides of the pan
- Flip and cook the other side too
- Remove from pan once cooked
- Do the same with the remaining batter
- Leave it to cool
- Apply some butter and serve with fruits ( raspberries and bananas) of your choice.
